Refund policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

• Returns: You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

• To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

• Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, certain personal care products (like opened beard oil, lip gloss, etc.) cannot be returned.

• Refunds: Once we receive your item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (damaged or wrong item).
